A virtual receiver retrieves alarm messages from your connected sites and forwards them to your preferred destination. It works with multiple alarm or fire panel protocols, including audio and video, and can also integrate with your existing alarm monitoring system.


A site is a physical location (for example, a production plant, a branch office, or a private home) that you have under contract for surveillance and/or alarm management.


A virtual dispatcher can forward alarms to other alarm monitoring centers. The dispatcher provides three interfaces (XML, SIA DC-09, and MLR2 Surgard). Our virtual dispatcher will be a very helpful tool if you want to act as a service provider.
