Release 3.15 - TNA

Added integration between Talos and Geutebrueck, enabling users to view Geutebrueck cameras directly from Talos workflows via the Evalink Geutebruk Driver and GscView.

Refined the Generic Receiver dialog for the VdS S6/S7 protocol by adding field validation, improving commissioning handling, and streamlining the user interface for protocol-specific configuration.

Added a new intermediate role for the installer portal —Installer User Manager— enabling limited user management capabilities without admin privileges.

Added Custom Field Groups to define and manage custom fields grouped into logical sections.

Added multi-camera to site assignment for the Mirasys Integration.

Added support prevent signup/registration of new user with email/password for specified domain - and force all users of a domain to login via SSO

The Quick Preview panel in Sites now automatically hides itself when empty.

Improved handling of the “random alarm” schedule to ensure the system consistently triggers Early Open Events (E205) according to the defined schedule.

Enhanced the Sites page so that the total count now updates correctly when modifying or deleting characters in the search field.

Release 2.21.0

Timezone Configuration: Ensures that timed events are executed at the correct local time.

Filter Setting: Added an option to ignore brief connection interruptions when reporting to the state topic.

Debug: Clear error messages are now displayed for IP configuration and hardware failures.

Wiring Verification: The ‘Critical Fault’ actor can now be triggered via a specific button combination.

Actor Display: The reason for triggered ‘Uncritical’ and ‘Critical’ Fault Actors is now shown in the interface.

Release 3.14.1

Introduced a company-level setting to control whether alarm zone names are taken from the explicit site configuration or from incoming alarms.

Automated workflows now support a new "high priority" mode, allowing up to 3 additional high-priority workflows to run when the standard limit of 10 concurrent workflows is reached.

Mandatory job custom fields can now be marked as “Required”.

A new company-wide option, "Arm/Disarm Status Strategy," has been added to control whether open/close alarms without a partition affect site partition statuses.

Delayed alarms are no longer attached to manual workflows until their delay expires; upon expiration, they are then attached to eligible workflows or queued as before.

Improved zone status handling when alarm and restore signals are received simultaneously.

In automated workflows when prevent parallel executions is enabled and a workflow finished with sending the alarm to the UI, all attached alarms will be send to the UI.

When parking a workflow, the default value for the "Update Severity" field is now set to the highest severity among all alarms attached to the workflow.

The “Hold” button is now disabled for virtual device calls, the microphone is muted immediately on such calls, and volume control issues were resolved.

Custom event logs now trigger all matching background workflows.

When a workflow is closed with an outcome, the outcome is now automatically set on the primary and all attached alarms.

When an SPC alarm does not contain the ZONE_ID attribute in the alarm XML, the system will now set alarmZone to null.

Alarms with the x-workflow-attachable=false header are now correctly excluded from being attached to newly created workflows, even when using the "Group alarms by Site" workflow grouping.

Introducing support to authenticate the Email Integrations with O365 SSO instead of SMTP / IMAP Microsoft is deprecating basic credentials at the start of 2026, make sure to update your integrations with SSO

Existing zones and partition from AJAX can be synchronized with talos via a button click in the Virtual SIA DC-09 Receiver.

You can now manage the TNA Subscription and activate additional capabilities of your TNAs

We've added support for an entirely new type of schedule, which greatly simplifies complex call configurations.
After enabling the "Call Schedule" option on any Schedule - you may select one or multiple Contacts or Contact Lists on the schedule itself, and on every entry of the Schedule.
After this you may select the Schedule in any Call step in Workflows, and the Workflow will then automatically select the proper Call List that was configured on the currently active Schedule Entry.

This use case is typically used for On-Call / Maintenance configurations, where the target contact changes every day.

We've added support for % in the site search to help find sites that don't show up in the normal word based search%site finds sites like mysite, somesite (ends with)site% finds sites like site-2, site-3 (starts with)%site% finds sites like mysite-2, somesite-3 (contains)

Added additional diagnostics output to the evalink-driver

Improved Mobile responsiveness in Share Link > Contacts.

In Twilio Automated Calls, if no additional number is configured, the default integration phone number will be used.

In the Mirasys Integration, several improvement to the displaying of names and paths were implemented.

Users accessing talos via a Share Link with Share Contacts privilege can now view contact lists, their contents, and order in read-only mode.

Enabled compression for UI assets to improve load performance.

Contacts & Contact Lists from nested OUs can now be added to Dynamic Contacts in the hierarchy

The Workflow Files popup now properly contains the files in the Standard Layout

FollowUp Events and Incoming-Call alarms now properly work with Site Group and Tag workflow conditions

The Contact Lookup window now shows pagination properly for users with limited site access

As part of our ongoing improvements to analytics and the introduction of the new analytics.* schema, we’ve upgraded Grafana to version 12.

This update brings numerous quality-of-life improvements, including new themes, visualizations, and layout options.

In addition, we now offer Grafana Alerts, enabling you to monitor specific queries at defined intervals and automatically trigger emails, webhooks, or other actions. For example, to generate alarms directly in evalink.

We use Grafana within evalink to help our customers analyze and visualize their data more effectively.


You can now gain deeper insights into your operational and alarm data, identify trends faster, and react proactively to changes.

With the new alerts and webhook integrations, you can automatically trigger alarms or workflows in evalink, making your monitoring smarter and more connected.

Analytics V2 Grafana Upgrade (01.10.2025)

Ajax SpeakerPhone & Broadcast
With the new support for Ajax SpeakerPhone and Broadcast, evalink enables direct voice communication into the site. Through evalink workflows, operators can target single or multiple speakers to immediately intervene in an alarm event, provide clear instructions, and deter potential intruders.

O365 SSO for Email Integrations
evalink now allows Email Integrations to be authenticated via Office 365 Single Sign-On instead of SMTP/IMAP.

Release 2.19.1

Eagle Eye Integration for alarms: Alarms can now be transmitted directly via Eagle Eye Automations.

Create Job workflow step: Custom job fields can now be set when creating jobs.

API Token restriction: API tokens can be restricted to specific source IP addresses.

VdS S6/S7 alarm dispatcher: Improved support for dispatching alarms via VdS S6/S7.

Generic Receiver with VdS S6/S7: Alarms using the VdS S6/S7 protocol can now be received on the generic receiver.

Automatic zone creation: New alarm settings option automatically creates zones if they don’t exist on the site or virtual device.
